Spectrometer control program - display messages #75

As the spectrometer program is doing things that take macroscopic amounts
of time in the boot-up process, please have a text string be displayed
saying things like "Now initializing CCD", "Now initializing spectrometer",
"Now moving to grating 1", "Now starting MAIN program", etc.
