Leeway in "Goto Wave - Close Slit.vi" #82

When you sent the spectrometer to a new wavelength, it probably shouldn’t
close the slits when  the new wavelength is less than 5-10 nm from the old
wavelength.  This adds unnecessary delay.

The relevant SubVI is “goto wave(close slit).vi”
