Why wouldn't needle valve & heater "Auto" buttons work? #87

During Feb 2010 experiments, there was one time when setting the
temperature to 5K and turning the needle valve/heater to “Auto” failed to
cause any reaction.  Closing the magnet program, reopening, then trying
again yielded success.

Try to duplicate this, and see if you can figure out a reason behind it.
