switch heater issues #88

In the main magnet control program:

1. There are two indicators having to do with switch heater. It’s not very
intuitive what they mean. 

2. When “Go to zero” is used, we should have the program turn off the
switch heater for us automatically.

(assigned to Ken for now, but possibly will be re-assigned to Scott if it
looks like it's too challenging)

Ken: Should be fixed. The only concern is that it's possible when we take it to 
zero field (without using the GotoZero button), it might turn off the switch 
heater by mistake. It shouldn't, but need to be sure.
