Add a warning indicator based on temperature, similar to the existing
warning indicators for LN and LHe levels.

Buttons added to front panel, Tested out with the power supply and it works 
great.  John should decide whether he likes and wants to keep the repeating 
warning alarm or not, it could be made to only sound once or twice.
