I will take a look. You might try "neuroim2" which is what I'm now working on. Has very similar functionality, but some name changes (e.g. 'load_volume' instead of 'loadVolume')

Hi Brad,
Thanks for putting together this great package. However, when importing data in radiological format (Left-to-Right) rather than neurological format (Right-to-Left), there is a mismatch between the i axis orientation between source and space. The source one produces the correct output image.
