[x] Build a list of am fungi in Quercus and ecm fungi in Juniperus
[x] Percentage of am vs ecm in each host
[x] All beta diversity tables changed to be only as in text information
[x] Verify nmds and PERMANOVA ecm analysis

When looking at the ecm in Juniperus and the am in Quercus there are a lot of one-time presence occurring OTUs because I am looking only at the root samples. Something to consider when looking at the analysis

No need to be an issue. Just keep in mind what the subset is doing when seeing that after cleaning for one-time presence they are still some when doing the subset that only has root samples
