Assign_trophic_mode.md documentation needs improvement #18

The following points need attention:

-[ ] "If needed, update metadata in .biom table obtained in xxxxxxxx" Please change xxxxxxx for whatever goes there.

[x] Provide link to UNITE
[ ] Add example screenshots of how your manual changes look.
[x] Clearly state which is the inputfile and the modified file after the changes you did manually
[x] In the step: "As the next step is converting to .biom format, and this format requires all taxonomy information in one line, you need to use concatenate function in Excel to place all taxonomic ranks and cathegories for each OTU within one cell." Provide a clear example, preferably with a screenshot.
[x] "Convert back the file, from .txt to .biom and now you can work with it in R" Explain how to do this.

I need to re-install everything in this new laptop to be able to do screenshots of the manual steps because I havent used them in a year (they were part of the preparation and filtration of data) and they were in my previous computer. I will close the issue once I am able to do that one thing that is missing.
