Add scale bar to manual retistruct markup #20

Example: for the UMN364rt gecko eye the distance is: 2.5382 mm / 249.359 px = 0.010 mm/px

This will reduce the warning messages on retistruction, and opens up the opportunity of adding a scale bar to the whoelmount and retistructed specimen
