BCAL LiDAR Extension does not appear ENVI 5.1 #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install LiDARTools-1.5.3-envi5x as it says in the instructions
2. Open ENVI 5.1
3. Look for LiDAR Tools Menu between  "Topographic" and "Radar" menus

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-To see the BCAL LiDAR extension.
-Does not appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- LiDARTools 1.5.3-envi5x
- ENVI 5.1
- Windows7 64

Please provide any additional information below.
