Version name in LiDARTools_2.x.x-dev10 not updated #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download LiDARTools_2.x.x-dev10.zip
2. Run Lidar Tools
3. Look at version at the left top of the window and under help

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect v 2.x.x-dev 10
I see instead v 2.x.x-dev 9
I hope it is only a cosmetic issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 2.x.x-dev 10
Windows 7 64 Bit

Please provide any additional information below.
