Thomas 2 tree added #5

The source of these entries is the work of Silvester Davatz. This is the first set of members of Thomas 2 (T2) family tree. The tree is not yet complete. Before continuing with other trees it is maybe good to first check if workflow is ok.

@hdavatz thanks for your contribution! I was able to import the resulting XML (124 people, 28 surnames), so it looks good.
