Gedcom allows to add pictures into the bubbles of the family tree. So lets start to add pictures into the Gedcom file.

I'd say first create all the people entries, then we can start with images? Also that would mean changing export format, currently we have XML without media.

Ok! I agree. But when you create the data, you could also start to add images, if you are adding the youngest generation. Gedcom should support images.
