Various improvements to REQUIRE #2

  1. Alphabetize the dependency list, just to make it easier to quickly scan and find a package in the list.

  2. Remove DataTables.

  3. Upgrade to julia 0.6

I feel a lot of the versions maybe outdated..... but it's kind of hard to check

I've updated all the packages to the latest major.minor version.
