Rest call goes to appspot instead of localhost. #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run http://localhost:8888/_ah/api/explorer
2. Enable oauth2
3. Make a call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It displays:

GET http://localhost:8888/_ah/api/.......

but the call is being redirected to the appspot.com instead of the local server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest. Windows 8
