Publish and document CSS Library #270

Currently the documentation only shows how to use the design system in Vue / SPAs.

It would be useful to publish the CSS library to a CDN (design.bcc.no) and also document the classes that are available.

The CSS can be used via the unpkg CDN: https://developer.bcc.no/bcc-design/design-library/#usage-without-npm

Documenting the CSS classes would be a nice addition, there is a small note on how the classes work in the documentation: https://developer.bcc.no/bcc-design/design-library/css-library.html#using-classes
