A form to distinguish AndroidTV from Android in metabase/ npaw

A different app name for AndroidTV as androidtv

From next release:

• NPAW: changed App Name from mobile to androidtv.
• Metabase/BQ: changed Channel from mobile to androidtv.

On bq we now have these values for "channel":

• mobile
• tv (which is tvos)
• androidtv
• web

I originally wanted to change channel to tv (not androidt), and use Context Device Type in BQ instead. Overriding Context Device Type wasnt possible without either making SDK changes, or creating a weird setup(with transformations). So I was pragmatic and just changed channel to androidtv instead
