Fix the %2 issue on the other flow as well #312

Also added tests for the new function as well as for the %2 issue.

What do you think about the r.ResizeToFit(r2) method? Suggestions for better names? Maybe I should swap the source and target?

The "flip" functionality has been added back and the other comments have been addressed. Please take another look when it fits. Do not merge please as it needs to be manually deployed on the video workers for now (See https://github.com/orgs/bcc-code/projects/22?pane=issue&itemId=75470301)
