download problems

facts:

• It works on alpha2-1012
• It doesn't work on alpha20-1030
• local builds seem to work fine
• Karsten can't load private playlists on his phone
  • other people have complained about the same

theory:

• maybe https://github.com/bcc-code/bmm-app/pull/579/files introduced the problem
  • we pinned the version: dotnet workload install ios --version 8.0.402
  • I wonder if the problem only occurs if it's built via the build server
  • I see a lot of cases of "SynchronizeOfflineTracks - Application is online, but connection settings not allow to download tracks" in Karsten's logs since
• An error occurred while deserializing a http response to https://bmm-api.brunstad.org/track_collection/
  • maybe only occurring on production
