Mehdi Rezaie has found that Corrfunc does not include pairs with \mu exactly equal to 1. See:

and here. I think that all that needs to be done is add a requirement for the latest version of Corrfunc, once Corrfunc is updated to fix this issue. Just wanted to open the issue here to keep track of it.
