In the above screenshot Category 1 is pinned.

[ ] Add option to ContentTile to hide publish date
[ ] Add option to HorizontalScrollableTagViewer to hide publish date, and pass on to ContentTile
[ ] Configure the Pinned section on Homepage.vue to hide the publish date

Also add test to ensure it stays hidden
