CMS: Group Editor permissions validation #256

It is currently possible to edit permissions on groups to which the user does not have edit access to. The API rejects these changes, but the UI should restrict the user from making these changes.

As per comment in #257 the UI should warn the user if he/she will remove his/her own edit access to a group
