CMS: Add tag filter user-interface to Content Overview

Take note:

• Tag filter on Query Options inside Content Overview is an array.
• Solution 1: The user can add/remove filters to this array that will be sent to the query. Solution 2: we could use the predefined tags and just add these tags to the array when the user clicks on them in an LSelect.
