The AppVeyor CI script tries and fails to source .bash_profile, which has been renamed to .profile in current AppVeyor container images. This should be updated in the config. This would also be a good opportunity to update the CI Ubuntu version to 22.04 and the micromamba installation source to the current canonical URL.
