atsr.2 detector_temperature_12 shall not be set #27

The provided detector temperature table is valid for atsr.1. The observation is that in 1995' MMDs the detector temperatures for atsr.2 are set to the same values as those for atsr.1. They shall all be fill value.

The MMDs in eodata/archive/mmd/v1/1995 have been updated to contain fill values for atsr.2.detector_temperature_12. (the MMDs in the staging area are not updated!)

In order to patch sst-cci-toolbox-1.0 (before processing 2003 ... 1995): o a JAR file (with the new rule) must be exchanged while no job is running on eddie using the software o the variable configuration for MMD generation must be updated to apply the new rule to atsr.2 and atsr.3.

The patch is available as TAR file eddie:work/mms/sst-cci-toolbox-1.0-issue27patch.tar.gz cd .../sst-cci-toolbox-1.0 rm lib/sst-cci-toolbox-1.0.jar tar xf ~/work/mms/sst-cci-toolbox-1.0-issue27patch.tar.gz
