Add Fedora installation info #58

Packaged for Fedora 30+ and now on QA. Please add installation instructions.

Hi! thanks for your interest in making the package for fedora. Only one question:

I've published VGrive in the flathub and in the elmentaryOS app center and I am the responsible of publishing the new updates there, but who will publish new updates for fedora?

Maintainer responsive for updates in Fedora. All updates pass though the QA service (Bodhi) where users giving positive or negative karma to update.
