Dublicate Keys in DefaultAlgorithmNameFinder #540

There are multiple PUT for the same keys four times id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_256 and id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_512, so in the HashMap algorithms stored only last two Values: algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_256, "GOST3411WITHGOST3410-2012-256"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_512, "GOST3411WITHGOST3410-2012-512"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_256, "GOST3411WITHECGOST3410-2012-256"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_512, "GOST3411WITHECGOST3410-2012-512"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_256, "GOST3411-2012-256WITHGOST3410-2012-256"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_512, "GOST3411-2012-512WITHGOST3410-2012-512"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_256, "GOST3411-2012-256WITHECGOST3410-2012-256"); algorithms.put(RosstandartObjectIdentifiers.id_tc26_signwithdigest_gost_3410_12_512, "GOST3411-2012-512WITHECGOST3410-2012-512");

Oh dear... these have now been rationalized. Fixed in 1.64.
