Adding the DC/domainComponent parameter for CSR generation in the standard that Broadcom uses

Hi @Ephenodrom can you evaluate the PR? if you have something to modify or increment or if you have a standard to follow, let me know, I need to add these options to generate the CSR in the standard that broadcom accepts
