Fix hidden usecase #230

previously the toggle hidden usecases functionalliyt was broken in the BC showcase. I changed the functionality to use the UI to hide the usecase instead of doing it on the server side

LGTM. What hidden use case was this being used for before? Are we going to have to re-implement this when the attestation feature comes along?

no need to re-implement, I'll just add the hidden attribute to the attestation use case
