Details page "None" #1041

Several fields for the details section display "none" when there is no data. Please update the details page for both INTERNAL and EXTERNAL users

When there is no data please set these fields to not appear:

IMAGE CAPTION

[ ] Image Type
[ ] Image view
[ ] Images features
[ ] Comma before Date (do not display comma before date if there is no date)
[ ] Copyright

HERITAGE SITE LOCATION

[ ] Street Address
[ ] City
[ ] Locality
