@LeannePyle It seems like there may be other fields that should be multi-line? Can you please confirm whether or not these types of fields should be multi-line in the IAP?

• The "FMO Response" fields
• The Recommendations fields (eg "PSR Recommendations")

I believe we thought these could stay at one line, but please change to multi-line instead to ensure enough space thanks!

Made all Response, Recommendation and Internal Notes fields multi-line. Also cleaned up the JSON to fix some duplicate widget definitions created by the Resource Model Editor. Manually refreshed DLVR & TEST with the updated resource models for review.
