OIDC sessions timeout too quickly #1109

BCFMS and BCRHP have noticed that the user sessions timeout after only 30 minutes, regardless of activity. Need to

  1. determine what is causing this
  2. modify the timeout such that it is:
    1. longer (2 h?) or
    2. extended when the user is active or
    3. both (1) & (2)

After analysis is done need to confirm which would

Agreed to push this to a release after the 7.6.x upgrade.
