Site Submission resource model missing widget definition #1111

The CSV exports were failing due to a missing configuration for the "Submission Documents" widget. This is likely due to a bug in the Arches Core resource model editor.

Need to add a row to the cards_x_nodes_x_widgets table and update the Graph's JSON definition in the PKG to include this configuration if it is rebuilt from source.
