Unique identifiers on summary pages for four Resource Models #1150

Need the summary page to display a unique identifier (generated by the system), so need to have a location for the unique number in each of the Resource Model

[ ] For Collection Event Resource Model
[ ] for Fossil Site Resource Model
[ ] for Fossil Sample Resource Model and
[ ] for IPA Resource Model (for the project)

Isn't the Fossil Sample unique identifier the Repository or Field number? Do we need one for Fossil Site? Shouldn't the Site Name be unique across all sites? Collection Event & IPA need to have an additional field added to the resource model which will require unloading and reloading data in at least part of those resource models. Need to determine what card those values are added to.
