Clean site names

Logical site names need to be created for each site. Currently only have detailed location and location description. Need to have a name, and geographic boundary for each site (and potentially sub-sites).

• [x] Provide spreadsheet with detailed_location, location_description, NTS mapsheet number, NTS mapsheet name, lat & long
• [x] Look into providing shapefile output with above data
• [ ] Create initial set of site geometries to send to local experts
• [ ] Send to local experts to group & name sites and subsites
• [ ] Upload new logical site names and boundaries into Arches
• [ ] Determine how to categorize one-off collection events (stand-alone site, group in geographic area (eg North-West), etc)?

@elisabethdeom - I've sent you the excel spreadsheet by SOFT / email. If you don't like the format let me know and I'll change it.

I briefly looked into exporting the list from Arches using a map filter, but it doesn't pull in the detailed_location field the way it is setup. If you'd like me to pursue that it will take a bit of work (shouldn't be huge).

Also, we can export records in Shapefile format, but once again, it doesn't have the detailed_location field and is limited to 2000 results (Collection Events in this case).

If you want to pursue exporting from Arches, including showing the detailed_location field and increasing the number of records that can be exported please either let me know or create a ticket and I'll dig into that.

There is no existing grouping of logical sites so they need to be created within the system.
