Need to be able to filter BCRHP sites by:

[x] Regional District Boundaries
[x] Municipal District Boundaries
[x] Reserve Land boundaries (Currently labelled Indian Admin Reserve Boundaries)
[x] Crown Land
[x] Borden Grid

@IJGoldie - Would you please look into which map layers in BCGW we'll need to filter by.

Check Borden Grid layer. Checked - DB was not indexed properly.
