Column D lists where a Formation should be elevated to a Group name instead
Column E lists where a Formation should be revised to a Member name instead
Column F shows which names to move into a new list of "Informal Name or Map Unit"

The exceptions are the formation names Toad-Grayling, Extension-Protection, Muncho-McConnell, and Ludington-Pardonet transitional facies which are acceptable hyphenated formation names.
[ ] Where “/“ connects two terms, separate and display both (E.g., Bocock/Pardonet should be Bocock Formation and Pardonet Formation)
[ ] For terms that include the word equivalent, leave the word equivalent in the term (E.g., display as Beaverhill Lake Formation equivalent)
