Meet w/ Security to determine if Arches->HRIA database viable

Need to determine whether Arches will be able to talk directly to the HRIA database to generate Borden Numbers. Ports will need to be opened from both Arches Test -> HRIA Test DB and Arches Prod -> HRIA Prod DB.

Note that this may have dependencies on Arches target environment decision.

If a direct connection is viable the next step will be to discuss this with full HRIA business, DBA and Vendor team.
