The scrollbars do not seem to be visible in OSX. Need to inspect Windows behviour

@emjohnst after investigating this, it's unclear to me what can resolve hiding the scrollbars, in newer versions of Edge there isn't an option anymore to hide the scrollbar in general compared to other browsers.
