Additions to IPA Resource Model

• [x] Add “Industry Company Name” under Project Name, under Project Details - Is this free-form text or pick list? Is it required? If free form text what is the maximum length? What is the placeholder text?

• [x] To the SAP FMO Assessment, add “SAP FMO” to the term “Approval Status”

• [x] To IM Process, add one more node called “Impact Mitigation Final Report (IMFR)”

• [x] Under this new node, add four items:

  • [x] “IMFR Number”
  • [x] add “Impact Mitigation Final Report” as an upload document box
  • [x] add “FMO Comments on Impact Mitigation Final Report”
  • [x] add “IMFR - FMO Approval Status”

• [x] To SAP Process, add one more node called “Site Assessment Final Report (SAFR)”

• [x] Under this new node, add four items:

  • [x] “SAFR Number”
    • [x] add “Site Assessment Final Report” as an upload document box

@LeannePyle - I've added the above fields but we need to confirm field lengths, which fields are required and placeholder text.

For the file upload widgets I've only allowed 1 PDF file with a maximum of 50MB. If that's not right please provide the correct values.

“Industry Company Name” -required field -maximum length - some will be greater than 40 char, e.g. = NorthRiver Midstream NEBC Connector GP Inc.

• pick-list with ability to add new as this will evolve over time - will need to make a ticket to build this
• placeholder text "Name of the company responsible for the project" looks good

-no other new fields are required in case a project does not have these components

@LeannePyle - If Industry Company Name is a controlled list, we should manage this in the Contributors resource model, with another role.

Also, we're still missing placeholder text for the text fields. Am I correct in assuming that the FMO comments should be rich text?

At the meeting on June 26 it was decided to leave the Industry Company Name as a text field as there are not often repeat companies. There are certain circumstances that there may not be an industry company so left as non-mandatory with a maximum length of 80 characters.
