Ab refactor rename public advisory fieldnames #74

Description

This PR includes the following proposed change(s):

add graphql
rename the below public advisory field names
- access_status to AccessStatus
- event_type to EventType
- urgency to Urgency
- protected_areas to ProtectedAreas
- advisory_status to AdvisoryStatus
- links to Links
- regions to Regions
- sections to Sections
- management_areas to ManagementAreas
- fire_zones to FireZones
