Simplify workflow to a single SpaDES module #12

I believe this workflow could benefit from more simplicity, given that we don't intend for others to develop new algorithms for projecting BGCs.

I suggest collapsing the following 3 modules into one (named BGC_WNA_projections, maybe?) BGC_WNA_dataPrep (exists locally only) https://github.com/bcgov/BGC_WNA_predict https://github.com/bcgov/BGC_WNA_model

This will imply deleting the two repos above and creating a new one with the full model.
