Update 2 panel maps - Ba missing from CWHws1 #12

Ba is missing from CWHws1 (around Terrace). Ba is a primary species on zonal sites here. Shows as white on the map. Is present in CCISS app. Currently mapped. Feasibility decreases and becomes not feasible. Need to update panel maps.

This CWHws1 issue above was resolved in new version of feasibility maps.
