Add text to repo then add to output on creation with-lco DOCUMENTATION=<string> https://gdal.org/drivers/vector/openfilegdb.html

Consider cleaning up the README to include only script documentation - avoid duplication of text by keeping all output data documentation in a single file. Ideally, store as .md for viewing online and convert to xml when dumping to gdb
