Ranks 2 and 3 both have the source listed as WHSE_FOREST_TENURE.FTEN_ROAD_SECTION_LINES_SVW. Could this be differentiated to: WHSE_FOREST_TENURE.FTEN_ROAD_SECTION_LINES_SVW ACTIVE and WHSE_FOREST_TENURE.FTEN_ROAD_SECTION_LINES_SVW RETIRED ?
