Business Risk: Keeps RJSF up to date and secure, and keeps the other dependencies compatible with our app

Description: It might be good to explore upgrading to RJSF version 5 which includes a number of new features and bug fixes. There are a number of breaking changes which might make this task not trivial.

Moving this ticket out of the sprint as there is a lot of changes we will need to make for this update and this upgrade is not urgent
