Change request form upload from Excel

As an analyst I want the portal to import data directly from the change request form so that I don't have type that information in myself

Description: This ticket is to import the data from the Change Request form into our database instead of asking the user to enter it in on the existing forms on the portal

AC:

• [ ] When uploading the Change Request Form, the portal validates the following. If validation fails then provide messages similar to how validation error messages are displayed for reports.

  • [ ] Change request number exists and is not a duplicate of unarchived change requests for this project
  • [ ] Change request initiated date exists and is formatted correctly
  • [ ] Date approved exists and is formatted correctly
  • [ ] Level of amendment is either Minor Amendment, Major Amendment, or Super Minor Amendment (not case sensitive)

• [ ] Should the Change request form be uploaded prior to the change request SOW so we have amendment number associated with the SOW data?

• [ ] When user clicks Save, highlighted data from the Change request excel file is uploaded into the database.
