Landing Page

• [x] Change "Full information about the Connecting Communities British Columbia (CCBC) program can be found at the program webpage." to "Refer to program details for the application materials and full information about the Connecting Communities British Columbia (CCBC) program."

• [x] Remove the following bullet points to the first section

  "The application intake opens on September 7 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and closes on November 6 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT). 
The CCBC anticipates opening additional future intakes for receiving applications and will update this date accordingly."

Despite the streamlined application process, ISED has its own decision-making process and the Province does not represent ISED or make determinations regarding the Universal Broadband Fund (UBF).

@AntBush For the landing page, we're removing a bunch of stuff and changing several sentences. Is it easier for you if we say, "here's the whole new thing, sorta delete & replace everything" or is it easier if we outline each change that's taking place?

For me outlining each change means I won't miss one, although looking at the figma file if you have the general sections that are changed it'll make it easier to know where to look/identify changes.

If a sentence has a minor change though, it would be really helpful to identify that (like the addition of an apostrophe, added comma, etc)
