Add Wolf Removal module

Add Wolf Removal module to code and Shiny app:

• [x] Add Wold Reduction to the mix.
• [x] Include the 4 caribou ranges where we have AFS and calf survival in populations without (wild) and populations with (treatment) wolf reductions.
• [x] Like in the moose tab, we should have "no wolf reduction" and "wolf reduction" outputs, and those will be based off of the values in the attached table.
• [x] There is also an interaction between maternity penning and wolf reductions we would like to show, like in the moose reduction tab.
• [x] Conditional treatment of Caribou ranges: this is a different list of caribou ranges than what is currently in the app, and there is no overlap so we will need the list to change as we click on the tabs of interest.
