In order to support this use case, we need to research the requirements for this Azure service, especially networking and connectivity.

Potentially, we could create (and deploy) a "sample app" pattern for Azure Arc, onboard a few on-premises/hybrid agents (potentially also from other cloud providers like AWS), as part of validation for networking, DNS, security, connectivity to on-premises, etc.
